Here's how it works: Based on a customized monthly plan and fee, our HR Retainer offers you unlimited access to ask any HR or employee-related question by telephone or e-mail. All questions will be responded to within 24 hours. If research is needed, we will estimate how much time is needed to respond. If written follow-up or more extensive services are required, an additional price will be agreed upon. Each situation is unique, so each question or concern will be handled individually and with the utmost attention. HRFocus provides quality human resources services to your business at a fractional cost of in-house HR personnel. Our unlimited phone lines and e-mail communicationn are at your service for your HR related questions, including (but not limited to) the following areas:
